Teddy's blessing

Blake gave Teddy his name and blessing at church yesterday. We love our ward and have been so grateful for everyone's outpouring of love, excitement and support. We had our close friends, that feel more like our east coast family, attend and participate in the circle. Blake blessed Teddy with a love of learning (especially reading) and continued health. He blessed him to keep the faith like his grandparents and great grandparents. Blake and I often talk about how important it is to be kind so he stressed this quality in Teddy's blessing- kindness to others throughout his life. As soon as Blake started the blessing, I immediately started crying and didn't stop for most of the sacrament meeting. I just felt this overwhelming love for God and my family. My heart has never been so full. We are so grateful for Teddy's calm, peaceful, special spirit in our home. He is simply wonderful. I felt especially grateful for Christ's Atonement and how it makes eternal families possible. Afterwards, we had a little party at our house to celebrate Teddy. It was just a wonderful happy day and we are so grateful for Theodore Faust Behnke!

Christensens, Moesels, Levitts and Pierces. The best of the best!

  1. Love these pics and seeing that you were surrounded by your east coast church family for this important event. Just wondering, did Teddy wake up for the party? Can't wait for my end of the month visit to see Teddy (and you and Blake too!)

  2. Keep in mind, these aren't really shipping but -- the corporate expects them to exit in March. Founded in 2009, the Brooklyn-based organization at present seems greatest positioned to assist consumer 3D printing go mainstream. As with so many others, MakerBot's roots are firmly planted within the RepRap scene, with co-founder Zach Smith having been closely concerned with the project. In spite of those roots, there's little doubt that MakerBot is a firmly industrial venture. It's even discovered itself mired precision machining in some controversy after showing to turn away from the open-source group with the release of the Replicator 2, causing Smith, among others, to critique the corporate's business mannequin.
